1. What are LiberDistri's roles and responsibilities regarding the processing of your personal data?

The data controller is Editions Caurette-Optima SAS, with a capital of 100,000 euros, registered at the Tribunal de commerce de Strasbourg (France) with the number 338 735 061 and located at 4 route de Hatten, 67470 Buhl, France.

2. What data do we collect?

To provide its services, LiberDistri needs to collect and process some information about you. This data includes your name, surname, e-mail address, postal address, and any other information you wish to share with us (birth date, phone number). When you are asked to provide personal data, you may decline. However, if you do not provide the required data for the service you ask for, LiberDistri may not be able to render its services.

LiberDistri processes your data in order to provide its services, prepare and send your orders, respond to your requests sent via the contact form, improve our products and services and ensure your subscription to the newsletter.

LiberDistri does not transfer the collected data to third parties.

LiberDistri only deals with subcontractors who, in the course of performing their services, process your personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulation.

We will consider your objection and comply with it, unless we have a compelling legitimate reason or for reasons of defending legal rights. In the case, it is a matter of commercial prospecting, you may object without reason.

LiberDistri undertakes to notify data breaches to the competent supervisory authority without undue delay and, if possible, no later than 72 hours after having become aware of it, unless the breach in question is unlikely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms.

We will inform you directly of any breach of personal data by LiberDistri, its subcontractors or any other third party acting on behalf of LiberDistri without undue delay, only when the data breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedom.
