If you haven’t received your order

Delivery address

-          Log into your account on our website, and make sure that the name on the address is the same as the one on your mailbox (if you are sharing a flat for example, or getting your package delivered at a professional address). Make sure that the address you gave us is a correct one. If not, the package will most likely be returned to us. Please contact us inform us if there is any mistake in your address.

Shipping

-          If you have chosen an insured and tracked delivery, you can follow the progress on the French Post website https://www.laposte.fr/particulier/outils/en/track-a-parcel). If you haven’t received your tracking number, please contact us and we will give it to you.

-          If you have chosen an uninsured and untracked delivery, first have a look at the delivery times are (2-7 days for France, 2-3 weeks for Europe, 2-4 weeks for the rest of the world). Feel free to contact us if you have not received your order because of delivery delays.

-          If you have chosen the option no shipping / remise en main propre your order is waiting for you at warehous, in France. If that was a mistake, please contact us. We can either cancel your order, so you can place another one – this time including the shipping! – or we can charge you for the delivery.

You received your order… with damaged goods

-          FIRST THING: if the package itself is already damaged DO NOT open it. Contact your post/delivery office and let them know about the damage. Depending on where you live, they can compensate you for the damage.

-          After you have done that, take pictures of your package and what’s inside and send them to us. We will do our best to make it up to you.

You received your order but a book is missing

-          Everyone makes mistakes! Please contact us and we will make it up to you!

You don’t find how to pay by Credit Card

-          For your information: we use PayPal as a payment platform for Credit Cards.

-          While checking out, you will be ask to choose a payment method (step 05. Payement). In order to pay by Credit Card, click on Pay with your card or your PayPal account. Then, you will be redirected to the PayPal website, where you can choose either Connect to Paypal (Connectez-vous à Paypal) or Pay with Credit Card (Payer par carte- in the grey rectangle).

-          Of course, make sure your Credit Card is still valid!
